The Care Manager, a dynamic leadership role, is responsible for cultivating strong relationships with referral partners and area stakeholders to stimulate growth.
This role prioritizes expanding our presence in current and new markets, elevating care quality, and nurturing local team engagement.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in relationship building and scaling operations, with a strong focus on amplifying our presence and reach.
Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with referral partners and local stakeholders
Oversee client assessments and reassessments to support care optimization and growth
Monitor and act on incidents and significant changes to ensure continuity and quality
Represent Kindred at regional events and in community initiatives
Foster a positive, inclusive team culture across staff and caregivers
3+ years of leadership experience in team management.
~ Ability to analyze complex situations, make sound decisions and find creative solutions.
~ Bilingualism (French and English) is required.

Expérience de la direction d'équipes pendant des périodes de croissance ou de transition.
Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est un atout.
