Description du poste
Sous la supervision du directeur de l'usine, en tant que superviseur d'opérations, tu seras appelé à prioriser les tâches opérationnelles.
Responsabilités
- Superviser et veiller au bon déroulement des opérations en lien avec les directives de l'entreprise
- Apporter le soutien aux opérations lorsque nécessaire
- S'assurer de suivre le respect des politiques d'entreprise ainsi que les normes en santé et sécurité
- Anticiper et rapporter toutes anomalies ou situations problématiques
- Élaborer des politiques et des procédures de travail
- Opter pour une stratégie d'amélioration continue des opérations
- Supervision au besoin du personnel de la production et la gestion des horaires
- Toutes tâches connexes
Qualifications
- Expérience en supervision journalière
- Connaissance en supervision et planification terrain
- Connaissance matières dangereuses (un atout)
- Bilinguisme français/anglais
- Profile terrain en milieu industriel
- Être capable de conduire un lift.
- Être confortable à travailler à l'extérieur
- Bon sens de l'organisation.
