Responsabilités :- Contacter les clients potentiels et les clients pour suivre les pistes ou répondre aux questions sur les produits ou les services.
- Coordonner avec les clients l'organisation de déjeuners et de formations sur la connaissance des produits.
- Fournir aux clients des informations sur les produits ou les services par courrier électronique, par téléphone ou en personne.
- Organiser et tenir à jour les dossiers des comptes clients, effectuer les paiements quotidiens et traiter les remboursements le cas échéant
- Élaborer des propositions de vente, des offres et des devis en collaboration avec d'autres membres de l'équipe de vente.
- Traiter les commandes : Saisir les commandes des clients dans le système ERP, coordonner les opérations pour identifier les dates de livraison, envoyer les confirmations de commande aux clients, aider la logistique à coordonner les dates d'enlèvement avec le client.
- Répondre aux problèmes, aux demandes et aux requêtes du service clientèle.
- Coordonner avec la société de courtage en douane les expéditions à destination de l'étranger.
- Présider la réunion matinale quotidienne des ventes et des opérations.
- Traiter les paiements des fournisseurs dans le système ERP
- Transfert des données des connaissements dans le système ERP, déclenchement de la facturation aux clients via le système ERP.
- Élaborer et émettre des factures pro forma, recevoir les paiements anticipés des clients dans le système ERP.
- Suivi, poursuite et clôture des comptes débiteurs, émission d'avoirs fournisseurs, réception des paiements des clients.
- Autres tâches assignées.
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de coordination des ventes, service à la clientèle ou soutien administratif.
- Solides compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps, avec capacité à prioriser efficacement.
- Esprit d'initiative et fiabilité dans le soutien aux équipes internes et aux clients externes.
- Sens du service client avec d'excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et de communication.
- À l'aise dans un environnement dynamique avec plusieurs priorités simultanées.
- Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Expérience avec un système ERP (ex. : MS Dynamics Business Central) est un atout.
- Expérience dans les secteurs de la fabrication, de la construction ou du revêtement de sol est un plus.
- Bilingue - français et anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit.
- Formation postsecondaire en administration des affaires, ventes ou domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente) considérée comme un atout.

Responsibilities:- Contacting prospects and customers to follow up on leads or to answer questions about products or services
- Coordinating with customers to set up lunch & learns / product knowledge training
- Providing customers with information about products or services via email, phone, or in person
- Organizing and maintaining records of client accounts, making daily payments, and processing refunds when necessary
- Develop sales proposals, bids, and quotes in collaboration with other sales team members
- Process sales orders: Entering customer sales orders into the ERP system, coordinating with operations to identify delivery dates, sending out sales order confirmations to customers, assist logistics with coordinating pick-up dates with customer
- Respond to customer service problems, requests, and inquiries
- Coordinate with customs brokerage firm on shipments bound for outside of Canada
- Chair the daily morning sales / operations meeting.
- Process payment of suppliers/vendors in ERP system
- Transfer of data from bills of lading into ERP System, trigger invoicing to customers through ERP system
- Develop and issue pro forma invoicing, receive customer prepayments within ERP system
- Tracking, chasing, and closing accounts receivables, issue vendor credit memos, receive customer payments.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated initiative and reliability in supporting internal teams and external clients.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Experience with ERP systems (e. g. , MS Dynamics Business Central) is an asset.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or flooring sectors is a plus.
- Bilingual - fluent in French and English, spoken and written.
- Post-secondary education in business administration, sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is considered an asset.
