Notre client est un leader mondial en pleine croissance et en mode acquisition dans l'industrie de la transformation agroalimentaire.
Afin de soutenir son engagement envers l'excellence et la qualité, il est à la recherche d'un Chargé de projet senior pour se joindre à leur équipe.
Sous la supervision du Directeur de l'équipe des chargés de projet, le futur Chargé de projet senior jouera un rôle clé dans la réalisation de projets d'envergure, en collaborant avec des équipes internes, des sous-traitants et des clients internes pour garantir le succès de chaque étape.
Principales responsabilités
- Collaborer avec les clients internes et les concepteurs pour bien cerner les besoins, les objectifs et les exigences des projets.
- Rédiger la charte de projet en définissant clairement la portée, les coûts estimés et les échéances.
- Prendre en main la direction d'équipes pluridisciplinaires composées de ressources internes et externes.
- Veiller à l'avancement harmonieux des projets, de la phase de conception jusqu'à l'implantation, en coordonnant les efforts des sous-traitants, des équipes de production et des autres parties prenantes.
- Gérer l'ensemble des processus liés aux appels d'offres, à la signature des contrats et aux modifications en cours de route.
- Organiser et animer des rencontres de suivi ainsi que des ateliers de travail afin de garder tout le monde aligné et informé.
- Utiliser des outils de gestion pour assurer un suivi rigoureux des projets, tout en produisant des rapports d'étapes précis.
- Finaliser les projets en validant que tous les objectifs ont été atteints, dans le respect des standards de qualité et des délais convenus.
Profil recherché:
- Baccalauréat en génie - atout important.
- Certification PMP - atout apprécié.
- Carte ASP construction - obligatoire.
- Minimum de 5 ans en gestion de projets.
- Expérience concrète en coordination d'équipes multidisciplinaires.
- Habitude de gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle, avec des enjeux variés.
- Excellente capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
- Solides aptitudes en planification et en organisation.
- Leadership mobilisateur et sens aigu des priorités.
- Excellente communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis.
- Grand sens de l'initiative et autonomie marquée.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter des délais serrés.
- Esprit d'équipe et aptitude à collaborer avec divers intervenants.
