Résumé du poste :
Nous recherchons un/une Coordonnateur/trice au développement des affaires et marketing numérique pour soutenir notre équipe des ventes en identifiant des prospects de qualité et en mettant en œuvre des campagnes ciblées de génération de leads et de prospection.
Responsabilités principales :
- Identifier et profiler des entreprises cibles utilisant des technologies ou solutions précises.
- Construire des listes de prospects basées sur des critères stratégiques pour l'équipe des ventes.
- Concevoir et exécuter des campagnes de prospection (courriels, LinkedIn, appels).
- Suivre les performances des campagnes et ajuster les actions en conséquence.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes des ventes et du marketing pour assurer la cohérence des messages.
- Marketing entrant et engagement sur les réseaux sociaux :
- Surveiller les plateformes sociales (LinkedIn, Reddit, forums TI) afin d'identifier les problématiques rencontrées par les gestionnaires TI.
- Rédiger et publier des contenus ciblés en lien avec ces enjeux, afin de positionner nos services comme solutions pertinentes.
- Engager la conversation avec les prospects par le biais de commentaires, messages directs et interactions réfléchies.
- Travailler avec l'équipe marketing pour aligner la stratégie de contenu avec les tendances et besoins du marché.
Profil recherché :
- Bac en Marketing Digital
- Connaissance et compréhension du tissu économique et tendance du marché des TI au Québec
- 3 à 5 ans dans un rôle similaire
- Expérience en génération de leads, développement des affaires ou prospection
- Expérience en technologie de l'information souhaitée
- Solides compétences en recherche et en identification de prospects
- Bonne connaissance des principes du marketing entrant (Inbound) et de l'engagement sur les réseaux sociaux.
- À l'aise avec des outils comme LinkedIn Sales Navigator, les CRM et les plateformes d'automatisation de courriels.
- Esprit d'initiative et d'entrepreneuriat, excellentes aptitudes en communication et en organisation.
- Bilinguisme (français/anglais) obligatoire
