Ton rôle d'Indispensable :
- Sous la supervision de la Directrice comptabilité et finances, tu exerceras un rôle opérationnel au sein de ton équipe tout en étant un partenaire d'affaires auprès de l'équipe des opérations afin de maintenir une saine gestion des finances. Tu piloteras de multiples dossiers pour lesquels tu devras assurer la même qualité de rendu, tout en respectant les échéanciers :
• Concilier les comptes de grand livre, les écritures de journal et les activités comptables de fin de mois/année (conciliations bancaires, remises de taxes, frais courus, amortissement, etc.) - Responsable de la préparation des états financiers trimestriels et annuels
- Participation active aux analyses de fin de mois, ainsi qu'au processus budgétaire annuel
- Effectuer le cycle comptable complet de multiples compagnies incluant les écritures de paie
- Préparer et codifier des lots de factures en support au département des CAP
- Préparer les chèques, obtenir les signatures requises et en faire l'envoi aux fournisseurs
- Traiter les rapports de dépenses et les codifier dans le système comptable
- Participer à la préparation des dossiers d'audit
- Produire des analyses diverses selon les besoins de l'entreprise
Qualifications :
- Diplôme d'études collégiales ou universitaires en comptabilité ou l'équivalent
- Minimum de 4 ans d'expérience pertinente dans un poste similaire
- Expérience du cycle comptable complet
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, particulièrement Excel
- Excellentes aptitudes avec les logiciels en général
- Expérience en immobilier, un atout

- Aptitude à gérer plusieurs tâches avec précision et minutie tout en respectant les délais
- Rapidité d'apprentissage
