Lindt Canada recrute actuellement un(e) Détenteur(trice) de Clés à temps partiel (25 à 30h par semaine) afin de l'intégrer à l'équipe de sa chocolaterie Lindt située à Montréal Eaton Center, QC.

Principales responsabilités :
- Jouer le rôle d'ambassadeur de nos produits et services de marque Lindt.
- Fournir un excellent service à la clientèle.
- Travailler en équipe afin d'atteindre les objectifs de vente.
- Accueillir les clients lorsqu'ils rentrent dans le magasin et répondre à leurs questions.
- Connaître en détail les produits offerts pour discuter des différents choix possibles avec les clients.
- Créer une relation de confiance avec les clients.
- Réaliser les contrôles de l'inventaire en respectant les procédures.
- Respecter les normes de marchandisage et de présentation visuelle.
- Contribuer à la manipulation de la caisse et au maintien des stocks, dont leur reconstitution.
- Ouverture et fermeture de la boutique.
- Prendre part aux activités liées aux cadeaux d'entreprise.
- Accomplir d'autres tâches au besoin.
Compétences :
- Expérience dans le secteur de la vente au détail, de préférence ou dans un rôle similaire.
- Études postsecondaires, de préférence.
- Expérience exceptionnelle en service à la clientèle; dépassement des attentes.
- Don pour le marchandisage et la présentation de produits haut de gamme.
- Disponible pour travailler à des heures flexibles.
- Compétences remarquables en communication orale et écrite.
- Talent pour la vente et la vente incitative.
- Capacité à travailler et performer sous pression.
- Passion pour le chocolat !
