Dans ce rôle, vous serez un acteur clé du développement et de la gestion de notre portefeuille de produits spécialisés, notamment :
- Responsabilité civile des administrateurs et dirigeants (D&O)
- Responsabilité liée aux pratiques d'emploi (EPL)
- Assurance contre le vol et les détournements
- Responsabilité fiduciaire
- Assurances multi-risques pour entreprises
Vous aurez également l'occasion de développer et entretenir des relations d'affaires solides avec les courtiers, clients et partenaires, tout en représentant l'organisation lors d'événements sectoriels.

Vos principales responsabilités :
- Représenter notre équipe desSolutions spécialiséessur l'ensemble du territoire québécois
- Effectuer des activités dedéveloppement d'affaireset derecherche d'opportunités
- Gérer unportefeuille de comptes spécialisés, principalement en D&O et assurance contre le vol
- Évaluer les risques et déterminer les conditions de souscription appropriées
- Collaborer avec les courtiers pour bâtir des relations durables
- Rester à jour sur lesévolutions du marchéet les nouveaux produits
- Participer activement auxactivités de représentation(réseautage, événements, etc.)
Profil recherché:
- Baccalauréat ou diplôme postsecondaire en administration, finance, marketing, vente ou assurance
- Expérience récente enfinance,assuranceousouscription(un atout)
- Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et commerciales
- Maîtrise dufrançais et de l'anglais(bilinguisme requis)
