This role is to become the ongoing administration manager of the AON flex benefits team, working independently with clients to perform routine administration activities and heavily involved in flex project design, implementation, and communication.
Job Profile:
- Work independently with the Flex client operation team to handle routine activities including but not limited to data cleaning and review, generating reports, and handling urgent inquiries from clients.
- Respond to flex clients' inquiries based on the service level agreement.
- Provide on-site communication support based on client needs.
- Required travel upon client request.
- Final review of monthly finance, insurance, payroll reports independently.
- Recommend administrative process improvements.
- Learn system configuration tools and conduct user interface testing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Pension, Insurance, or Payroll operation.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to communicate effectively and independently with clients.
- Solid working knowledge of computers and office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge about general compensation and benefits is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills, teamwork spirit, and high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
