Senior Logistics Coordinator - Customer Service (3PL Experience Required)
Full-Time | Work Arrangement:
This is a full-time, in-person position at our Kirkland office. Remote or hybrid options are not available.

We are a fast-growing logistics company based in Kirkland, QC, providing tailored supply chain solutions across ground, air, sea, and intermodal transport. As a Senior Logistics Coordinator , you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of client shipments, resolving logistical challenges, and supporting internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring consistent, high-quality service.
Problem-Solving & Escalations: Manage logistics issues such as delays, customs challenges, and unforeseen disruptions.
Import/Export Documentation: Accurately prepare and manage all necessary documents to maintain compliance.
Process Improvement: Identify and suggest ways to optimize workflows and service delivery.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior logistics coordination role within a 3PL environment (required)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
Deep knowledge of freight, transportation, and customs regulations
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and logistics operations under pressure
Comfort with logistics software and technology tools

Ce poste est offert en présentiel uniquement dans nos bureaux à Kirkland. Nous sommes une entreprise logistique en pleine croissance située à Kirkland. Nous offrons des solutions de chaîne d'approvisionnement personnalisées dans les domaines du transport terrestre, aérien, maritime et intermodal. En tant que Coordonnateur(trice) Senior en Logistique , vous serez au cœur des opérations. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion des expéditions, la résolution des défis logistiques et le maintien d'une communication efficace avec les clients.

Gestion des relations clients : Être le point de contact principal pour les clients clés et offrir un service de qualité constante
Coordination des expéditions : Travailler avec les transporteurs, transitaires et équipes internes pour assurer la ponctualité des livraisons
Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit
~ Bonne connaissance des réglementations en transport et douane
~ À l'aise avec les outils et logiciels logistiques
