Votre rôle est important
En tant que Gestionnaire de comptes, vous serez responsable de représenter l'entreprise auprès de nos clients actuels et potentiels dans votre territoire. Vous rendrez compte à la Chef, ventes.
Vos principales responsabilités
- Promouvoir nos services et programmes auprès de nos clients et collaborateurs (Médecins et professionnels de la santé);
- Participer à la stratégie d'optimisation des territoires, de la relation clientèle, et élaborer des plans d'action pour la fidélisation;
- Collaborer étroitement avec les autres Gestionnaires de comptes et partenaires d'affaires, soutenir le développement de l'équipe et améliorer la synergie avec les centres hospitaliers et la clientèle de prescripteurs;
- Élaborer et faire évoluer les procédures de qualité de service à la clientèle, assurer leur application et suivre avec le personnel concerné;
- Planifier et réaliser des événements de vente, y compris des formations médicales continues;
- Implanter toutes activités promotionnelles;
- Développer une connaissance approfondie des produits pour mieux répondre aux besoins des médecins et des patients;
- Effectuer une veille concurrentielle et partager les insights avec la direction;
- Documenter les activités sur le CRM en place;
- Participer à des formations et se tenir à jour sur les innovations technologiques et du marché;
- Maintenir une connaissance approfondie du marché et des acteurs clés.
Informations importantes
- Poste permanent, à temps plein (37,5 heures/semaine);
- Déplacements réguliers requis dans le territoire.
Profil recherché
- Baccalauréat en administration ou domaine pertinent;
- 5-8 années d'expérience pertinente;
- Expérience dans le domaine médical ou connexe (atout);
- Bilinguisme français/anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit;
- Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office;
- Connaissance d'un logiciel CRM (atout);
- Permis de conduire valide;
- Orientation résultats, gestion du temps, organisation, négociation;
- Capacité d'analyse, résolution de problèmes, esprit d'agent de changement, bonnes compétences interpersonnelles et travail en équipe.
