Schedule : 4:00 a.m -12:00 p.m or 9:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m
What this role involves:
Perform laboratory tests on milk products and special projects (micro, chemical and packaging analysis);
Record and document results from tests;
Calibrate testing equipment;
Perform laboratory housekeeping;
Will be required to work shifts and weekends;
Monitor and report any deviations with respect to quality.
What you need to join our team:
Minimum college degree in food technology or equivalent experience;
Understanding of basic chemistry and lab safety practices;
Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and sanitation;
Ability to complete tasks according to time schedules;
Must possess good accuracy and organizational skills;
Must be able to work with limited supervision and be able to work well with others.
