We're looking for a Media Campaign Coordinator to join our team.
As a Campaign Coordinator, you'll be an integral part of the media team, collaborating closely with all departments to ensure our clients' ad campaigns are flawlessly executed - broadcast and digital video, online display, search, social, and beyond.
You'll help orchestrate campaigns with precision, and your sharp eye for data will support ongoing analytics and insights that shape smarter, stronger work for future campaigns and approaches for our clients.
Responsibilities of this role:
As this is an entry-level position, responsibilities will grow with the experience level of the candidate and will include:
- Working collaboratively with our media team and our account, creative, and digital departments, you will ensure that all campaign creative is trafficked and scheduled using our ad server and other agency partners and processes.
- Establish routine reporting procedures to monitor digital ad campaigns and make optimization recommendations based on performance, using data from our ad server, Google Analytics, and other partner performance data.
- Aid in setting up and optimizing programmatic media campaigns through the use of Demand Side Platforms (DSPs).
- Set up and manage Google Search campaigns, including budgeting, keyword generation, ad building, optimization and reporting.
- Create and implement tracking tags on client and publisher web properties.
- Troubleshoot and investigate any delivery discrepancies and other technical issues.
- Follow emerging trends and industry developments to deepen your understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a relevant communications field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A basic understanding of online display and video advertising.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks independently.
- Numerical and computer skills (strong Excel knowledge is a definite asset).
- Ability to speak and present before vendors, clients, and fellow employees.
- HTML / coding knowledge is an asset.
- Must have an interest / passion for media, advertising, and marketing.
