Role Overview
As Chair of the Exhibitors Sub-Committee, you'll oversee recruitment and logistics for exhibitors at the *Let's Get to Work* Conference. Help showcase organizations doing incredible work in career development!
What You'll Do
- Recruit and confirm exhibitors
- Coordinate exhibitor logistics and booth setup
- Manage swag and in-kind donations
- Serve as point of contact for exhibitors on the day of
- Remote work possible, but attendance at the conference on November 4, 2025, in Winnipeg is required
Location: Remote planning; in-person on November 4 in Winnipeg at the Viscount Gort Hotel, 1670 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, MB
Timeline: Monthly meetings; more activity as event approaches
Skills Required:
- Excellent organization and communication
- Experience coordinating events or partnerships is a bonus
- Friendly, detail-focused approach
