Nous recherchons :
Un(e) Préposé(e) de bureau pour un poste permanent à temps plein pour se joindre à notre équipe dynamique. Parmi les responsabilités quotidiennes, vous serez responsable d'assurer un service clients hors pair en fonction des besoins organisationnels.

Compétences requises :
- Soucieux du détail. Vous assurez l'exactitude des informations transmises et du support offert.
- Esprit d'équipe. Travaillant au sein d'une équipe administrative, vous aiderez les autres, au besoin, afin d'assurer un flux de travail efficace.
- Attentionné(e). Vous êtes attentif à votre environnement et travaillez en toute sécurité et avec soin.
Votre mission :
- Fournir un haut niveau de service à la clientèle en communiquant efficacement aux clients les politiques et les procédures d'encan par téléphone et en personne.
- Offrir un service à la clientèle interne et externe en répondant à la demande du client.
- Vérifier, recevoir, acheminer et effectuer le classement des enregistrements provenant des comptes commerciaux et des marchands.
- Vérifier les liens sur les véhicules vendus et fournir les quittances au client.
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches administratives reliées aux activités du service.
- Autres tâches assignées.
Incontournables :
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou expérience/éducation équivalente.
- 1-2 ans d'expériences professionnelles dans le domaine du service à la clientèle et à titre administratives.
- Bilingue en anglais et en français - Ce rôle exige que vous interagissez avec des clients, des dirigeants et des collègues au Québec, dans d'autres provinces ou dans d'autres pays qui ne parlent peut-être pas français.
- Solides compétences en service à la clientèle et en communication.
- Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps.
Idéalement :
- Expérience dans le domaine de l'automobile.
- Expérience avec AMS, VTrace et d'autres systèmes OPENLANE.
