Pourquoi ce poste est fait pour vous :
Le ou la représentant(e) aux ventes internes- commandes spéciales interagit principalement avec les contracteurs en personne ou au téléphone afin de saisir leurs commandes de matériaux de construction dans le système informatique. Ils aident les clients en offrant des conseils et des idées avec un service à la clientèle de qualité.
Vos missions :
- Accueillir les clients chaleureusement et offrir un excellent service à la clientèle.
- Assurer la prise des commandes de la clientèle en personne, au téléphone et par courriel.
- Évaluer les besoins des clients et fournir des conseils éclairés et spécialisés.
- Se tenir au courant des nouveaux produits et de leurs applications techniques.
- Assurer et participer à l'entretien de son département.
- Accomplir les autres tâches demandées et définies par son supérieur.
Votre profil :
- Connaissance technique des matériaux de construction (principalement les produits tels que le revêtement extérieur, les produits de composite, le bois traité, le cèdre et le bois exotique).
- Expérience en service à la clientèle dans le commerce de gros ou de détail.
- Aisance avec l'informatique (la connaissance du logiciel Omni est un atout).
- Souci du service à la clientèle, dynamisme, rigueur, ponctualité, travail d'équipe.
- Bilinguisme Français/Anglais souhaitable pour maintenir une courte conversation ou échange courriel auprès de notre clientèle anglophone.
