Actuellement en restructuration et en expansion, nous sommes à la recherche d'un candidat(e) passionnés(e) pour joindre notre équipe en tant qu'Electromécanicien sur notre quart de nuit.
Objectif Général Du Poste
Le technicien en électromécanique industrielle combine les connaissances de la technologie mécanique avec celles des circuits électriques et électroniques. Faire fonctionner, tester et entretenir des équipements automatisés, robotisés ou électromécaniques. L'électromécanicien inspecte, entretient, diagnostique, modifie, répare et ajuste différents équipements mécaniques, électriques, hydrauliques et pneumatiques, en respectant les normes, les politiques et les procédures établies.
Tâches Et Responsabilités Essentielles
- Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et sécuritaire;
- Garder le coffre à outils en ordre et en bon état;
- Participer aux équipes d'amélioration de la sécurité;
- Consulter les guides de maintenance et les modes d'emploi des équipements avant d'effectuer les tâches;
- S'adresser au superviseur de maintenance pour connaître la disponibilité des machines si nécessaire;
- Entretenir les équipements industriels/production automatisés;
- Entretenir et dépanner les convoyeurs automatiques et autres équipements de manutention;
- Effectuer l'entretien préventif et correctif de l'équipement;
- S'assurer de respecter les procédures de cadenassage ainsi que les procédures SST;
- Tenir à jour des procédures opératoires normalisées pour les processus et les équipements;
- Tenir à jour les données techniques, les manuels et les dessins relatifs aux processus et aux équipements;
- Participer aux équipes d'amélioration des processus;
- Collaborer avec l'ingénierie sur les équipes de nouveaux produits;
- Collaborer avec l'ingénierie sur les améliorations des processus et des équipements;
- Appliquer les directives et mettre en valeur la politique environnementale de notre entreprise.
- Deux années de collège;
- 3 à 5 années d'expérience pertinente;
- DEP en électromécanique de systèmes automatisés ou en mécanique industrielle;
- Aptitudes logiques et mécaniques;
- Permis de chariot élévateur (un atout);
- Bonnes capacités de communication (verbale et écrite);
- Bon sens de l'organisation et des responsabilités;
- Minutieux et souci du travail bien fait (First time right);
- Esprit d'amélioration continue;
- Connaissance du système SAP un atout;
- Capacité à fonctionner efficacement dans un contexte d'équipe;
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois tout en maintenant l'attention aux détails;
- Faire preuve de fiabilité, de souplesse et de sérieux;
- Le candidat doit également posséder les caractéristiques suivantes:
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement d'équipe;
- Bonne condition physique;
- Polyvalent et productif;
- Capacité à établir des relations;
- Capacité d'adaptation;
- Ponctuel;

- Le taux horaire des candidats à ce poste se situe généralement entre 26.55 et 34.95 dollars. Cette fourchette est une estimation, basée sur les qualifications des employés potentiels, les opérations, les besoins et autres considérations autorisées par la loi.
