À titre de Technicien comptable et sous la supervision de la directrice du service de la paie corporative, tu auras pour mission d'assurer de tenir à jour de l'ensemble de la comptabilité liée à la paie, en plus de participer activement aux tâches de fin d'année financière. Plus précisément, ton rôle consiste à :
Assurer la mise à jour complète de la conciliation de paie, puis en maintenir l'exactitude au fil du temps.
Effectuer les versements liés aux retenues à la source de façon hebdomadaire, ainsi que les paiements mensuels requis.
Préparer les dossiers de paie lors des vérifications périodiques et répondre aux demandes de documentation ou de rapports.
Travailler efficacement dans un environnement comportant deux systèmes comptables, en assurant l'intégrité et la cohérence des données.
Balancer les comptes avec rigueur et précision, en faisant preuve d'autonomie et de jugement. Tes atouts pour ce poste:
Formation :
DEC en comptabilité ou l'équivalent.
Expérience :
Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en comptabilité, une maîtrise d'Excel (niveau intermédiaire).
Atout :
connaissance du système SAP.
