Subject Matter Expert for Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA)Job Overview:

Course Analysis:
Conduct a detailed, lesson-by-lesson review of course content to ensure accuracy and relevance to Canadian standards.Regulatory Alignment:
Ensure the course meets provincial certification and regulatory requirements, with a focus on Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia.Cultural and Linguistic Adaptation:
Revise the course for Canadian English, terminology, and cultural relevance.Legal & Ethical Compliance:
Update the course to reflect Canadian privacy laws and ethical guidelines.Media Updates:
Advise on necessary updates to media assets (videos, interactivities, etc.) to align with Canadian standards.Deliverables:
Course Review Report:
A detailed analysis of content, including necessary revisions to meet Canadian standards.Certification & Testing Review:
Guidance on provincial licensure and exam delivery formats.Cultural Guide:
A guide to ensure language and content are culturally and regionally appropriate.Qualifications:
