We intervene in Europe, America and Asia-Pacific, for our large accounts and SME customers, in order to offer them a global support in the development of their HR strategy.

• ADVISE: We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function, through a redefinition of their HR organization and their HRIS digitalization
• IMPLEMENT: As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise)
• RUN: Thanks to our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several levels of payroll outsourcing

Main Responsibilities:

As a Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our existing clients throughout their journey with our company. Your role will involve maintaining a relationship of trust and ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting their expectations and resolving their issues.

What You Will Do:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of existing customer accounts.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Conduct periodic follow-ups to assess customer satisfaction and offer tailored solutions.
• Provide personalized, high-quality customer support to answer all their inquiries.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement practical solutions.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and account performance indicators.
• Prepare regular reports on account status and actions taken.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and operational teams to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in account management or a service-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a curious mindset.
• Strong customer service orientation and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Team spirit and the ability to work collaboratively with various internal stakeholders.

Missions principales :

En tant que gestionnaire de compte client, vous serez responsable de l'accompagnement de nos clients existants tout au long de leur parcours avec notre entreprise. Votre rôle consistera à maintenir une relation de confiance et à garantir leur satisfaction en répondant à leurs attentes et en résolvant leurs problématiques.'

Ce que vous ferez:

• Assurer la gestion quotidienne des comptes clients existants.
• Maintenir un contact régulier avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins et attentes.
• Effectuer des suivis périodiques pour vérifier la satisfaction des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées.
• Fournir un support client personnalisé et de qualité pour répondre à toutes leurs questions.
• Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration continue et apporter des solutions concrètes.
• Suivre les indicateurs de satisfaction et de performance des comptes clients.
• Rédiger des rapports réguliers sur l'état des comptes et les actions menées.
• Collaborer avec les équipes de vente, techniques et opérationnelles pour assurer un service cohérent et de qualité.

Ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir :

• Expérience significative dans un poste similaire, idéalement en gestion de comptes clients ou dans un environnement orienté service.
• Excellentes capacités de communication et curiosité.
• Sens du service client et capacité à résoudre des problèmes de manière proactive.
• Rigueur et organisation pour gérer plusieurs comptes en parallèle.
• Esprit d'équipe et capacité à travailler en collaboration avec différentes parties prenantes internes.
