VOTRE RÔLE
Vous cultivez un environnement qui promeut des expériences authentiques tant pour les clients que pour les employés, guidées par la culture de l'entreprise et par notre mission d'embellir la vie de nos clients.
Vous incarnez les croyances d'Indigo en faisant preuve d'authenticité, en cherchant à inspirer les gens et en connaissant vos clients.
Vous influencez les clients grâce aux histoires que vous racontez, tout en les reliant à la marque Indigo.
- Assurer le soutien de l'exploitation au quotidien avant que ou après les heures d'ouverture (votre quart de travail débute entre 5 h ou 22 h)
- Effectuer le dénombrement périodique des stocks, réapprovisionner les stocks, gérer les retours de marchandise, mettre les produits en tablette, recevoir et traiter de la marchandise reçue
- Suivre les normes de marchandisage pour créer un magasin attrayant et stimulant
- Embellir la vie de nos clients
- Maintient une culture qui maîtrise l'art de raconter une histoire afin d'enrichir les vies de nos clients
- Veille à ce que l'équipe soit la plus engagée possible et à ce que le magasin obtienne le meilleur taux de satisfaction de la clientèle possible
- Incarne les caractéristiques très performantes d'Indigo
- Cherche des renseignements sur les nouveaux articles, promotions et programmes
- Contribue à un environnement où chaque membre du personnel sait que sa santé et sa sécurité sont des priorités essentielles et où chaque membre du personnel participe de façon active au maintien de la santé et de la sécurité des employés et des clients
- Répond à la rétroaction des clients en temps opportun.
- Se responsabilise soi-même et responsabilise les autres membres du personnel
- Se charge de son propre développement professionnel et offre de la rétroaction continue à l'équipe de direction
- Offre des idées à l'équipe de direction pour améliorer l'expérience des clients et des employés
- De l'expérience dans le domaine du commerce au détail est préférée, mais elle n'est pas requise
- Adaptabilité, flexibilité et volonté d'apprendre de nouvelles choses et d'être exposé à tous les aspects de l'exploitation du magasin
- Un engagement manifeste envers la création d'un environnement exceptionnel tant pour les clients que pour les employés
- La capacité de circuler sur la surface de vente pendant de longues périodes
- La capacité de soulever des articles moyennement lourds et lourds, allant jusqu'à 40 lb, en utilisant l'équipement et les techniques appropriées
- Horaire flexible, pouvant travailler le soir, les fins de semaine, la nuit, tôt le matin et les jours fériés (le cas échéant)
- Le bilinguisme (anglais/français) est requis pour tous les postes au Québec.
Une grande partie des produits culturels que nous vendons (comme les livres et les cartes de souhaits) sont en anglais.
Par conséquent, nous exigeons une connaissance suffisante de l'anglais, en plus d'une capacité à s'exprimer couramment en français.
