LE RÔLE:
Lepréposé aux chambresest responsable de maintenir les chambres d'hôtel propres et attrayantes selon les normes et politiques de la marque.
Les tâches dupréposé aux chambresincluent, sans toutefois s'y limiter:
- Nettoyer et entretenir les chambres attribuées de manière opportune et organisée conformément aux procédures de l'hôtel et aux normes de la marque.
- Fournir un service et une assistance authentiques à nos clients.
- Entretenir le chariot des préposés aux chambres et réapprovisionner les articles au besoin.
- Adhérer toujours aux procédures de sécurité établies et porter l'équipement de protection si nécessaire.
- Répondre à la demande de nettoyage de la chambre de la part du client ou de la direction de manière efficace et rapide.
- Rapporter tous les articles manquants dans une chambre et tous les effets personnels des clients trouvés dans les chambres vacantes immédiatement.
- Travailler en équipe et communiquer avec les autres départements conformément aux procédures de l'hôtel pour assurer une qualité et un service irréprochables.
- Peut aider à des projets de nettoyage en profondeur.
- Peut participer a aux autres tâches assignées.
- Les expériences précédentes de nettoyage d'hôtel et de service à la clientèle sont un atout
- Déplacer, soulever, transporter, pousser, tirer et placer des objets pesant moins de ou égaux à 25 livres sans assistance
- Atteindre le haut et le bas des genoux, notamment en se pliant, en se tordant, en tirant et en se baissant
- Marcher pendant une période prolongée
- Souplesse face aux quarts de travail prévus - le / la titulaire peut avoir les week-ends et / ou les jours fériés
- Flexible et énergique avec la capacité de travailler sous pression
- Souci du détail
- Excellent sens de l'organisation, de la gestion du temps et des relations interpersonnelles
- Bien travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe avec un minimum de supervision
- Motivé, honnête, créatif, capable de travailler en équipe
