In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in providing expert legal support with a significant focus on sales contracts, ensuring compliance with local, state, federal, and international laws while staying true to our company values.
We're looking for a strategic legal partner to drive initiatives in contract negotiations, policy execution, and legal compliance across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited university and be an active member of a US state bar association, with membership in additional bar associations considered a strong plus.Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and amending contracts, opinions, letters, and other legal documents with a significant focus on sales contracts.Support the organization with sale and supplier contract negotiations and advise on related legal matters.Supporting the execution of company legal policies and procedures ensuring compliance with all relevant local, state, federal, and international laws.Coordination and collaboration with all internal stakeholders on legal queries, including HR, insurance, and other corporate legal matters.Devising and documenting contract strategy in line with our company values, while ensuring compliance with legal standards.Undertake other duties as reasonably required, in alignment with the purpose of the role.QualificationsJD from an accredited university and active member of US state bar association; membership in the New York Bar Association a plus.Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an international company/environment.Excellent knowledge of Business, Contract, IP, Tax, and Corporate laws and regulations related to international business activity.Excellent knowledge and experience in drafting sales agreements.Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision and accept personal responsibility for task completion.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Experience in professional services and/or IT-services industry will be a plus.We offer:
