As the Branch Manager you will provide leadership and direction to a smaller-scale branch team, ensuring every member experience is positive and efficient.
This role focuses on meeting operational goals, driving membership growth, and fostering a welcoming environment.
The Branch Manager is also responsible for developing strategies to enhance community impact, build member loyalty, and achieve employee engagement targets while managing a personal portfolio of members.What you'll do:
Lead the branch team in achieving sales and activity targets by effectively implementing SASCU's sales strategies.Build strong relationships with internal partners and identify opportunities to enhance the branch's presence within the community.Drive success by focusing on sales, referrals, and aligning team efforts with organizational goals.Champion SASCU's service standards to ensure consistent and positive member experiences.Actively engage with employees and members to resolve concerns and promote programs that enhance the member experience.Promote open communication within the branch and lead performance management practices to support accountability and growth.Support talent development, make staffing decisions, and drive employee engagement to foster a high-performing team.Develop operational plans, budgets, and staffing strategies to effectively meet business needs.Monitor performance, ensure compliance, and oversee staff scheduling to meet service delivery and efficiency targets.What you'll bring:
Business Administration degree or diploma.4-5 years of progressive financial industry experience including at least one year at the leadership level.Registered as a mutual funds representative or willing to obtain license within a three-month period.Access to transportation and willingness to travel within the SASCU community.Strong results orientation in both sales and service.Solid experience in consumer lending and investments.An aptitude for business development and relationship building.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.We invest in our employees by offering:
