What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct in-home consultations, designing customized solutions for homeowners and providing tailored, professional quotes.
• Educate customers on Centra's unique advantage:
  Canadian manufacturing, Canadian installation, and full quality control from start to finish.
• Sell on value, not just price, by building trust and positioning Centra as the best long-term investment.
• Manage the full customer experience, ensuring both decision-makers are engaged and aligned throughout the buying process.
• Overcome obstacles and objections with professionalism, confidence, and strategic selling techniques.
• Flexibly schedule appointments, including evenings and Saturdays, to meet customer needs.
• Own your results, exceeding sales targets and contributing to the long-term success of our Edmonton team.

Who You Are

• A high-performing B2C sales professional with 5+ years of experience closing deals in competitive environments (home improvement, construction, automotive, or other premium sales industries preferred).
• A closer - someone who thrives under pressure, turns hesitation into commitment, and consistently drives results.
• A trusted advisor , capable of educating customers and guiding them through major purchasing decisions with clarity and confidence.
• A resilient competitor , energized by challenges, competition, and the pursuit of excellence.
• A self-starter who is motivated by success and personal ownership of your performance.
• Flexible, coachable, and driven to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
• In possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record .
