Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic leader for the role of Manager, Corporate Communications, Brand and Community. This role involves shaping our corporate image, enhancing brand presence, and fostering community engagement. The successful candidate will devise communication strategies, manage our brand identity, and lead community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Communications
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive corporate communication strategy.
- Serve as the company's spokesperson, managing media inquiries and interviews.
- Oversee the company's online reputation and address public relations issues as required .
- Craft and disseminate press releases, announcements, and other communication materials.
Brand Management
- Compose and produce high-quality internal and external communication materials with a consistent tone and language. These materials include:
- Website content
- Social media post
- Client and partner communications
- Newsletters
- Annual reports
- Corporate presentations
- Sponsorship advertising
Community Engagement
- Engage in media, government, and stakeholder relations to share the Strategic Group story and foster relationships.
- Develop media, government, and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Write news releases, articles, and targeted messages for various audiences.
- Organize and manage media, government, and stakeholder events.
- Develop and engage in sponsorship opportunities to involve Strategic Group within relevant communities.
- Brief and support spokespeople for media interviews or meetings with key relationships.
- Create community volunteer opportunities for Strategic Group teams and team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or brand management.
- Background in the Real Estate industry is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects successfully.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in media relations and crisis communication.
- Familiarity with social responsibility and community engagement initiatives.
