Our client, a prestigious Tier 1 firm renowned for its expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets, Project Finance, Commercial Real Estate, and Banking, is offering an exceptional opportunity to join a team of leading professionals and elevate your career. They are currently seeking a skilled mid to senior level Commercial Real Estate Associate to join their esteemed national team in Vancouver. This position provides an opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team while deepening your expertise across a wide range of real estate transactions, offering excellent long-term career advancement.
Qualifications and Attributes:
- 2 to 7 years of post-call experience in Commercial Real Estate from a reputable Canadian law firm; a combination of in-house and private practice experience will also be considered.
- Demonstrated experience in the acquisition and sale of investment properties across all asset classes for various regional and national investors.
- Experience with development approvals and complex subdivisions for a variety of commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
- Experience in leasing within the retail, office, and industrial sectors.
- Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills, with strong initiative and the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse teams.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple time-sensitive priorities.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Licensed to practice law in Canada.
Our client is offering the following:
- Tier one bonus incentives
- Educational incentives.
- Relocation package, if needed.
Salary range: $145,000 - $220,000 per annum.
