Our client is currently seeking a talented Senior Associate with 6 to 10 years of experience in Commercial Litigation and Arbitration to join their esteemed Litigation team in Calgary. In this role, you will engage with a diverse array of complex disputes, further developing your litigation skills in international arbitration, general commercial litigation, fraud recovery, as well as projects, construction, and environmental litigation.
Qualifications and Attributes:
- 6 to 10 years of post-call experience in commercial litigation and arbitration, ideally gained from a national or reputable regional law firm. A combination of in-house and private practice experience will also be considered.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple litigation tasks independently and progress files efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Alberta court filings, processes, and strong advocacy skills
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and drafting abilities
- Client service-oriented with a collaborative team spirit
- Qualified to practice law in Canada.
