Ensure compliance with evolving labor laws, tax policies, and social security requirements across the region.
Develop multilingual communication strategies to enhance employee understanding of total rewards programs through digital platforms and regional engagement initiatives.
5.
Analyze benefits utilization metrics to optimize program effectiveness and ROI, with a focus on industry-specific workforce needs.
Compensation Strategy & Market Alignment
1.
Design and implement compensation frameworks that address regional economic dynamics, including currency fluctuations and inflationary pressures.
2.
Conduct annual salary benchmarking and pay equity analyses to maintain market competitiveness and internal fairness.
Governance & Strategic Leadership
1.
Monitor regulatory changes impacting compensation and benefits, ensuring timely policy updates and risk mitigation.
2.
Advise senior leadership on executive compensation structures, expatriate pay strategies, and cross-border workforce rewards solutions.
3.
Support business expansion by developing scalable total rewards frameworks for new market entries.
1.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
Regional HR certifications (e.g., GPHR) preferred.

5+ years of experience in total rewards management within multinational organizations focused in Latin America.

Deep understanding of LATAM labor laws, social security systems, and compensation & benefit practices.
4.
Proficiency in market benchmarking tools (e.g., Korn Ferry, Mercer TRS) and advanced data analysis.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional and regional teams.
6.
Business fluency in English, Portuguese and/or Spanish required.
