Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume roles.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment best practices.

Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Have proven experience in high-volume / bulk recruitment in high turnover environment (Ex.
Customer service, Production).
Deep understanding of the Brazilian job market.
Have a high level of proficiency in Excel.
Possess strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
Are skilled in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
Have excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
Approach challenges with a quick, clever, and solution-oriented mindset, always ready to think outside the box.
Are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Show adaptability and flexibility in handling changing priorities and demands.
Possess strong negotiation and influencing skills.
