Position Summary
We are seeking a versatile and strategic Integration Technical Architect to lead enterprise integration initiatives across a range of platforms and technologies.
While experience with MuleSoft is important, this role is integration-agnostic and ideal for professionals who bring a broader understanding of modern integration approaches, tools, and methodologies.
You will work closely with architects, developers, and stakeholders to design and implement robust, scalable, and secure integration solutions that support our growing portfolio of telecom and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Architecture
- Define and lead integration strategies aligned with enterprise goals and digital transformation initiatives.
- Design integration architectures leveraging multiple platforms (MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Boomi, ServiceNow, custom APIs, etc.).
- Establish standards, best practices, and governance for integration patterns, lifecycle management, and reuse.
Solution Design & Development
- Translate business requirements into technical integration solutions across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
- Architect APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), events, and data pipelines that connect systems like Salesforce, SAP, AWS, databases, and legacy applications.
- Support development teams in implementing reusable components and orchestrated services.
- Lead performance tuning, security enforcement, and high availability design.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, project managers, developers, and client stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide integration developers and engineers to build scalable, future-ready solutions.
- Participate in architectural reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Pre-Sales & Innovation
- Support solutioning and estimations during pre-sales and RFP processes.
- Explore emerging integration technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance Palladin's offerings.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in software/system integration, including 3+ years in a technical architecture capacity.
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft and at least one leading integration platform (e.g., Dell Boomi, SnapLogic, Jitterbit).
- Strong knowledge of integration best practices, API-led connectivity, event-driven design, and service orchestration.
- Proficiency with common data formats (JSON, XML, CSV) and transformation techniques.
- Familiarity with integration security protocols (OAuth 2.0, SAML, JWT, TLS) and identity frameworks.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems such as Salesforce, ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle), and public cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Working knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and source control.
Preferred Skills
- MuleSoft certifications (e.g., Platform Architect or Integration Architect) are a strong plus.
- Experience with containerized and hybrid deployments using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Telecom industry experience and familiarity with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) is a bonus.
- Exposure to real-time and event streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka, Pub/Sub).
