Binnen Litran NV zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Administratief medewerker binnen onze divisie Industry met zetel in Sint-Gillis-Waas.
Als administratief medewerker sta je samen met het team administratieve collega's in voor de administratieve ondersteuning en verwerking van de lopende Industry werven. Binnen Industry realiseren we hoogwaardige industriële verbindingen. Je rapporteert aan de vestigingsdirecteur. De werven zijn gevestigd over heel Vlaanderen en jij werkt vanuit de vestiging te Sint-Gillis-Waas
Onderstaande taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn slechts een gebalde greep uit je pakket:
Contracten - Facturatie:
- In samenspraak met directeur en de administratieve collega's de opmaak en de controle van de facturatie beheren
- Controle van de afrekeningen op basis van de afgesloten overeenkomsten.
Administratie:
- Technische en administratieve ondersteuning bij de uitvoering van de projecten
- Ondersteuning bij de financiële rapportage van de werven
- Algemeen office management
Profiel
- Je beschikt over een diploma hoger onderwijs (bachelor) of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring;
- Je hebt minstens een eerste werkervaring als administratief medewerker;
- Ervaring binnen de bouw is een troef, maar geen voorwaarde
- Computervaardig (MS Office) en leergierig om nieuwe zaken op te pikken;
- Data driven: cijfers spreken voor je!
- Perfecte kennis Nederlands vul je aan met een basis Engels;

- Je kan omgaan met wisselende prioriteiten en variabele werkdruk, zonder in te boeten op nauwkeurigheid;
- Teamplayer in hart en nieren;
- Dankzij je kritische benadering pluis je de zaken uit en overleg je samen met de collega's
- Je werkt gestructureerd en detail-georienteerd;
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden voor de diverse klantencontacten.
