Contexte / Mission
L'UCLouvain recherche un
• e Gestionnaire logistique et comptable pour le site de Mons. Intégrée au sein de l'équipe de direction administrative du Campus FUCaM, le
• la titulaire est un relais en local de l'Administration des Finances (ADFI). Celle-ci a pour objectif d'assurer le contrôle de gestion, la justification financière et administrative des contrats de recherche, des achats, ainsi que la gestion de la trésorerie et des risques.
L'organisation mise en place s'appuie, entre autres, sur un réseau de proximité pour les opérations logistiques et comptables et le reporting à travers des Cellules Logistiques et Comptables (CLC) et sur un ERP unique, SAP, sous la responsabilité fonctionnelle de la responsable du service Gestion Système et coordination Logistique et Comptable (GSLC).
Vous rejoindrez un large réseau d'environ 70 gestionnaires logistiques et comptables, tout en étant très indépendant

• es et des équipes administratives du campus de Mons.
Fonction
La fonction comprend une diversification très importante et inclut les tâches principales suivantes :
- Assister les professeur
• es et/ou chercheur
• es et/ou les services localisés à Mons dans la gestion et le suivi financier des comptes et conventions : aide à la prévision de coûts (de personnel et matériel), aide à la justification et respect des échéances, suivi des imputations des charges et refus éventuels, et ce, dans le respect des normes de gestion et en collaboration avec les services de l'ADFI ; - Analyser et contrôler les comptes attribués, et assurer une information régulière auprès de leurs (co)titulaires ; gestion prévisionnelle des dépenses, suivi des fluctuations, respect du budget alloué, reporting comptable, financier et budgétaire ;
- Effectuer des opérations logistiques et comptables dans SAP (commandes, réceptions de marchandises, demandes de factures clients, "gestion des créances internes, opérations de reclassement comptable, approbations. dans le progiciel et les applications de l'UCLouvain) ;
- Aider les responsables académiques et administratifs
• ves du site dans leur recherche d'informations financières ou des procédures adéquates en matière budgétaire (utilisation), des achats, du suivi des clients (étudiants, autres) et apporter un support à la direction administrative du Campus pour toutes les matières financières.

Qualifications et aptitudes requises
- Diplôme de niveau bachelier (ou graduat) en comptabilité ou diplôme, de niveau bachelier, avec expérience en comptabilité/ gestion financière
- Maîtrise de l'outil bureautique (suite Microsoft : Word, Excel…)
- Excellente maîtrise de la langue française et capacités de communication (oral et écrit) en anglais (niveau B1 idéalement souhaité)
- Sens de l'accueil, esprit d'équipe et facilité de contact avec différent

- Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément
