La fonction
En tant que QMS Manager (Quality Management System/ SMQ), vous supervisez et maintenez le système de gestion de la qualité (AS9100 et ISO 9001) sur deux sites, Tubize et Herstal.
Le système qualité comprend l'ensemble de processus et de procédures documentées qu'une entreprise met en place pour s'assurer qu'elle peut fournir des produits qui répondent systématiquement aux exigences de ses clients et des organismes de réglementation
Voici un aperçu de vos tâches :
- Coordonner le réseau des différents participants aux QMS
- Administrer et gérer les publications du management system et les outils connexes
- Promouvoir le système de gestion, en veillant à ce qu'il soit largement compris et en apportant le soutien nécessaire aux utilisateurs et aux gestionnaires de processus
- Mesurer l'efficacité et le respect de la gouvernance du système de gestion et de la politique de certification
- Elaborer des présentations et compiler des rapports en vue des examens mensuels/trimestriels de la gestion de la qualité
- Gérer les certifications et approbations de qualité existantes au sein de l'entité

Cette fonction vous intéresse ? Voici un aperçu des critères auxquels nous faisons attention :
- Vous avez de l'expérience dans une fonction similaire, c'est-à-dire comme QMS/ SMQ Manager
- Vous avez déjà travaillé sous ISO9001 et AS9100
- Vous avez de l'expérience dans l'organisation/ coordination des audits internes et externes
- Vous maitrisez aussi bien le français que l'anglais
- Vous êtes capable d'animer des réunions et d'interargir avec un grand nombre d'intervenants
- Vous êtes prêt à vous déplacer sur site, à Tubize et/ou à Herstal (télétravail possible)

Contrat : en consultance via Randstad Professional (freelance ou employé)
Régime horaire : temps plein (40h/semaine avec 12 jours de récupération/an)
Salaire/tarif : aux alentours de 4300€ brut/mois (employé) et de 550€/jour (freelance)
