Ufinity
Het Marketingteam bij Ufinity, een bedrijf dat zich iedere dag inzet voor de CFO en zijn of haar financieel team, is op zoek naar een marketing stagiair(e).
Enkele jaren geleden hebben we ons Youngsterprogramma in het leven geroepen.
Via dat traineeship krijgen pasafgestudeerden in een finance richting de kans om te ontdekken welk deel van de financiële afdeling hen het meest aanspreekt en on the job bij te leren.
De youngster groeit zo uit van trainee naar junior project consultant in finance.
We zijn ervan overtuigd dat jij als stagiair(e) de brug kunt slaan tussen Ufinity en onze toekomstige youngsters door een bom van een campagne voor hen op poten te zetten en in contact met hen te komen.
Start je je stage bij het Marketingteam van Ufinity, dan zal je snel volgende zaken in je agenda mogen plannen:
- Je gaat aan de slag met onze bedrijfsaccounts op sociale media.
- Je werkt mee aan het beeldmateriaal en verdiept je in onze huisstijl.
- Je schrijft mee aan content zoals nieuwsbrieven en blogs.
- Je krijgt alle handvaten die nodig zijn om je interesse in copywriting en SEO om te zetten in praktijk.
- Je ondersteunt bij de organisatie van kleinschalige events, trainingen & inspiratiesessies.
- Je leert werken met een CRM-systeem om zo doelgroepsegmentaties in de vingers te krijgen.
- Je krijgt de kans om een marketingcampagne op poten te zetten voor Finance studenten.
- Je maakt deel uit van team Ufinity dus maak je klaar voor gezellige lunches en hier en daar een apéro.
Ben jij de Marketing wizard die wij zoeken? Een aantal zaken die zeker van belang zijn om in aanmerking te komen voor deze stage, zijn de volgende:
- Je studeert momenteel een bachelor of master marketing of (meertalige) communicatie(management), of een andere studierichting waar (keuze)vakken met marketingfocus deel van uitmaken.
- Je hebt een stevige basiskennis over sociale mediakanalen en hun functionaliteiten.
Kennis over advertising is geen must. - Je kruipt al eens graag in je pen.
Copywriting ligt je, zowel voor een korte blog, een nieuwsbrief of een ander type campagnetekst.
Op termijn heb je interesse om je te verdiepen in het SEO-luik. - Je weet dat tekst en beeld elkaar versterken en kent dan ook je weg in Photoshop of gelijkaardige beeldbewerkingsprogramma's.
Kennis van andere Adobe-programma's is een plus. - Je denkt graag na over de doelgroep:
wie zijn ze, waar zijn ze, wat interesseert hen en hoe zijn ze te bereiken? - Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
Zo help je bijvoorbeeld mee enveloppen vullen voor print campagnes of badges opmaken voor events en trainingen.
Een marketingstage lopen bij Ufinity gaat over veel bijleren, over vertrouwen krijgen en over theorie omzetten in praktijk.
Je zal je op heel korte termijn verplaatsen van 'aan de zijlijn' naar 'tussen de linies' van het marketingveld.
Concreet wil dat zeggen dat we je alle ondersteuning zullen bieden die je nodig hebt, maar je ook op korte termijn zelf zaken zullen laten vastpakken, uitwerken en publiceren.
Hoe dit praktisch allemaal in zijn werk zal gaan?
Het aantal uren, dagen en weken spreken we onderling af.
Daarbij houden we rekening met vakantieplannen, examens en verschillende agenda's.
Wel vragen we een langtermijnvisie, waarbij jouw leerproces centraal zal staan en je beschouwd zal worden als een volwaardig teamlid op ons kantoor in Kontich.
