FonctionAu sein du Pôle de Microbiologie Médicale (MBLG) :
- Effectuer les tests pratiqués en routine dans le Centre National de Référence"Clostridioides difficile" tels que :
• culture bactérienne, ECP
• ribotypage, MLVA
• qPCR spécifiques - Effectuer les tests pratiqués en routine dans le Laboratoire de Référence SIDA. Ces tests de dépistage des infections VIH et de suivi des patients consistent en :
• des tests ELISA
• des PCR et qPCR spécifiques
• du génotypage par séquençage Sanger et NGS - Effectuer les tests pratiqués en routine dans le Centre National de Référence "Borrelia"
- Interprétation et transmission des résultats dans le réseau interne
- Manutention du matériel biologique (réception, traitement, stockage)
- Maintenance, validation et dépannage des équipements de laboratoire
- Participation au maintien du système qualité mis en place dans les laboratoires MBLG
- Activités de recherche fondamentale et clinique dans le cadre de projets de recherche nationaux et internationaux sous la supervision de responsables scientifiques. Ces activités de recherche seront variées et concerneront essentiellement :
• la biologie moléculaire (manipulation de plasmides, extraction ARN/ADN, qPCR, Western Blot, … ) en lien avec la virologie et la bactériologie
• la culture cellulaire (+ transfections et transductions) et la culture de virus et de bactéries
• le séquençage (NGS ou Sanger)

Qualifications et aptitudes requises
- Diplôme de technologue de laboratoire (niveau bachelier ou graduat).
- Avoir un agrément de technologue de laboratoire de biologie clinique.
- Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques (utilisation des logiciels), la maîtrise d'autres logiciels bio-informatiques constitue un atout supplémentaire.
- Capacité à travailler dans un système qualité, de respecter et suivre les procédures, de tenir à jour les enregistrements.
- Dynamisme, enthousiasme, autonomie et rigueur de travail.
- Capacité d'intégration dans une équipe.
- Bon sens de la communication.
- La connaissance de l'anglais scientifique de base est un atout.
