HR SUPPORT OFFICER met een focus op kwaliteit & professionaliteit
Taken & verantwoordelijkheden:
Als HR Support Officer werk je nauw samen met de collega's binnen het HR team. Je hebt contact met alle medewerkers van Darling Ingredients R&S België in het kader van hun vragen rond diverse HR processen waarin je ondersteuning biedt (training & development, onboarding, HR administratie, etc. ).
Samen met de HR collega's draag je jouw steentje bij in diverse HR projecten die worden opgezet om onze organisatie professioneel verder uit te bouwen rond alle personeelsaangelegenheden. Je draagt bij aan een efficiënte en proactieve HR communicatie die het welzijn en de betrokkenheid van onze medewerkers ten goede komt.
Naast direct aanspreekpunt voor de medewerkers zal jouw inhoudelijk takenpakket erin bestaan uit:
- Algemene HR administratie:
in- en uitdiensten, tijdskrediet, thematische verloven, ziekte attesten, onkostennota's, . - Je staat in voor de administratie van A tot Z voor opmaak contracten, addenda, maaltijdcheques, opleidingsregistraties, input Oracle Human Capital Management, …
- Je ondersteunt de HR collega's op diverse domeinen:
payroll (voorschotten), interimarbeid (prestaties), onthaal (opmaak & planning introductieprogramma's), welzijn, interne communicatie, … en denkt hierbij kritisch na over de verschillende HR-processen. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor diverse HR gerelateerde rapporteringen (rapportering betreffende overuren, verloven, ziektecijfers, …)
- Als HR medewerker ben je dagdagelijks operationele gebruiker van het tijdsregistratiesysteem (Protime) en toegangscontrolesysteem (GET).
- Samen met de collega's in het HR team organiseer je jaarlijks een Sint feest voor de kinderen van de medewerkers.
Gezochte profiel:
- Je hebt een professionele bachelor HRM (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) en zoekt naar een uitdaging in de boeiende wereld van HR. Een eerste werkervaring in HR is een troef.
- Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands, Engels & het Frans.
- Je bent een teamspeler en je combineert een servicegerichte attitude met een dynamische en veerkrachtige persoonlijkheid.
- Je bent flexibel, hebt een positieve mindset en houdt van open communicatie.
- Je werkt heel nauwkeurig & geconcentreerd.
