Basé(e) à Bruxelles, vous intégrerez l'équipe Finance d'un groupe CAC40 en tant que Head of Controlling/FP&A, dans un environnement international, stimulant et en constante évolution.
Vos missions :
1. Pilotage de la performance financière
- Analyse mensuelle des performances consolidées du Groupe
- Explication des écarts, identification des risques, proposition de plans d'action
- Suivi des objectifs de P&L et réponses aux demandes du CEO et du Comité de Direction
2. Reporting & outils de pilotage
- Conception et amélioration continue des dashboards et modèles financiers Groupe
- Création de templates de reporting performants et harmonisés
- Collaboration avec l'équipe Group Reporting pour garantir des standards de qualité élevés
3. Revue Annuelle et objectifs stratégiques
- Digitalisation et structuration des supports d'Annual Review
- Suivi des KPIs associés et production d'analyses consolidées pour le top management
- Accompagnement des filiales dans la définition et le pilotage de leurs objectifs
4. Projets ad hoc - Direction Générale
- Participation à des études de performance (Finance, RH, Immobilier…)
- Restitution claire via des mémos pour les projets à fort enjeu stratégique
- Collaboration étroite avec les équipes CFO / CEO sur des sujets transverses
Votre profil :
- Diplômé(e) d'une grande école de commerce, d'ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire en Finance, Business, Mathématiques ou Ingénierie
- 3 à 8 ans d'expérience en audit, conseil financier, ou contrôle de gestion FP&A dans un environnement international
- Anglais courant impératif - environnement de travail 100 % international
- Excellente maîtrise d'Excel et des outils de datavisualisation (Power BI, Google Sheets…)
- Une connaissance des outils EPM type TM1 Cognos est un plus

- Esprit d'analyse fin, capable de zoomer comme de prendre du recul
- Rigueur, autonomie, proactivité : vous savez gérer plusieurs priorités en parallèle
- Aisance relationnelle avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau
- Capacité à structurer des idées complexes de manière claire et impactante
