Mit unseren Produkten bieten wir Konsumenten in verschiedenen europäischen Ländern ein besseres Frühstück an.
Um Teil ihrer Morgenroutine zu werden, nutzen wir verschiedene Vertriebskanäle (Supermärkte, Fachgeschäfte und online).
Turtle Produkte sind besser für Dich und besser für den Planeten:
pestizidfrei, umweltfreundlich, vegan, weniger Zucker, viele sind glutenfrei und vor allem sind sie unglaublich lecker!
Als Teil unseres kleinen, aber talentierten Teams bei Turtle sorgst Du dafür, dass unsere Frühstückscerealien im Regal des Einzelhandels zu finden sind.
Du hilfst dabei, dass unser B2B-Kundenservice dem rasanten Umsatzanstieg folgt und deine Kunden weiterhin zufrieden sind.

Deine Verantwortung
- Besseres Frühstück! Du sorgst dafür, dass Verbraucher in ganz Europa und insbesondere in Deutschland Zugang zu besseren Frühstückscerealien bekommen.
Du bist für reibungslose Logistikprozesse und einen reaktionsschnellen Kundenservice verantwortlich. - Koordination von Kundenaufträgen gemäß deren Anforderungen und Prozessen:
Durch die tägliche Arbeit in unserem Enterprise-Resource-System sorgst Du für eine perfekte Eingabe, Nachverfolgung und Rechnungsstellung von Bestellungen. - Deine detailorientierte Organisation von externen Speditionen und Logistikdienstleistern stellt sicher, dass unsere Produkte in ganz Europa in den Supermarktregalen zu finden sind.
Deine Aufgaben
- Auftragsabwicklung von Anfang bis Ende.
- Klare, freundliche und proaktive Kommunikation mit unseren B2B-Kunden in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Planung und Buchung von Transportaufträgen per Mail, Telefon, elektronischer Datenaustausch (EDI).
- Tägliche und schnelle Lösungsfindung
- Stets den Überblick über alle ausgehenden und eingehenden Aufträge und Lieferungen behalten
- Koordination & Nachverfolgung der Lieferungen
- Analyse der Plausibilität von Kundenaufträgen und Abgleich mit unseren aktuellen Lagerbeständen
- Dokumentation/Verwaltung/Ablage/Rechnungsstellung
Deine Fähigkeiten
- Du hast eine unternehmerische Denkweise, d.h.
du erkennst Chancen und machst das Beste daraus.
Darüber hinaus überwindest Du Rückschläge und lernst aus ihnen. - Du ergreifst die Initiative und hast den Drang, etwas zu bewegen.
- Zahlen sind für Dich nicht nur Zahlen, sondern sie machen wirklich Sinn.
- Solide Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder in der Logistik und ein ausgeprägtes Einfühlungsvermögen für Kundenbeziehungen.
- Ein beruflicher Bildungsabschluss
- Sehr gute Computerkenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft-Softwareanwendungen und anderen Programmen.
Du bist in der Lage, zwischen mehreren Software-Tools zu jonglieren, um den Überblick über alle ein- und ausgehenden Bestellungen und Lieferungen zu behalten. - Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägtes Gespür für Organisation & Kommunikation, um den Kundenanforderungen gerecht zu werden.
- Polyvalente Erfahrung im Export/Import ist von Vorteil
- Fundierte Deutschkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich) und Englisch sind ein Muss, damit Du mit deinen Ansprechpartnern aus ganz Europa und insbesondere aus Deutschland kommunizieren kannst.
