In hun state-of-the-art productievestiging in Tielt creëert het bedrijf zowel eigen collecties als private labels, goed voor meer dan 11 miljoen rollen behang per jaar.
Met 340 werknemers is Grandeco actief in meer dan 80 landen en heeft het naast de hoofdzetel in Tielt ook verkoopkantoren in Duitsland, Frankrijk, Italië, Nederland, Polen, Rusland en het Verenigd Koninkrijk.
Innovatie en duurzaamheid staan centraal bij Grandeco, met strategische overnames die de marktpositie verder versterken.
In 2024 nam The Wallfashion House Rasch Tapeten over, waardoor de groep uitgroeide tot absolute marktleider in muurdecoratie.
Voor de verdere groei en uitbreiding van het aankoopdepartement zoeken we voor de site in Tielt een gedreven Purchaser.
Functie
Als Purchaser maak je deel uit van het aankoopteam, waar je zowel operationeel als strategisch bijdraagt aan het beheer van diverse productgroepen.
Je werkt nauw samen met de Group Purchase Manager en ondersteunt de verdere professionalisering en centralisatie van het aankoopbeleid.
In deze rol krijg je als young potential de kans om stapsgewijs meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en je vaardigheden als strategisch Aankoper te versterken.
- Je beheert de aankoop van jouw productgroepen en optimaliseert het leveranciersportfolio.
- Sterke relaties met leveranciers uitbouwen én actief op zoek gaan naar nieuwe partners? Dat doe je om steeds marktconforme deals te sluiten.
- Markttrends en prijsevoluties volg je op de voet en vertaal je naar tactische aankoopbeslissingen.
- Onderhandelen over prijs, kwaliteit, service en leveringstermijnen hoort bij je dagelijkse uitdaging.
- Met een kritische blik draag je bij aan de optimalisatie van inkoopprocessen en kostenbeheersing, zonder in te boeten op kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid.
- Samen met productie, R&D en de technische dienst zorg je dat de aankoopnoden perfect op elkaar aansluiten.
Profiel
- Als young potential heb je een eerste aankoopervaring in een productieomgeving en ben je klaar voor de volgende stap.
- Je hebt een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
Je bent analytisch sterk en onderscheidt moeiteloos hoofd- van bijzaken. - Onderhandelen geeft je energie.
Met assertiviteit en commerciële flair ga je voor de beste deals en duurzame partnerships. - Dankzij je gestructureerde, proactieve en efficiënte aanpak ga jij altijd voor resultaat.
- Je bent een teamspeler die vlot communiceert met interne en externe stakeholders.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels.
Duits en Frans zijn een bijkomende troef.
