Accountmanager België - Cadeaus & Design
Onze klant is een distributiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in cadeau- en designproducten. Actief in de Benelux, Frankrijk en Duitsland vertegenwoordigt het een portfolio van Europese en Amerikaanse merken die creativiteit en lifestyle combineren. De catalogus varieert van interieurdecoratie (vazen, kaarsen, lampen) tot lichaamsverzorging, spelletjes en accessoires. Het dynamische team werkt volledig autonoom of remote en is verspreid over meerdere landen.
FUNCTIE
Als Accountmanager België ben jij de schakel tussen de merken die we vertegenwoordigen en de professionele klanten (concept stores, musea, warenhuizen, webshops…). Je belangrijkste taken:
- Beheren en uitbreiden van een bestaande klantenportefeuille in België.
- Actieve prospectie van nieuwe klanten in de retail- en designsector.
- Opbouwen van sterke en duurzame klantrelaties.
- Advies geven over collectiekeuzes afgestemd op doelgroep en positionering.
- Vertegenwoordiging op beurzen om nieuwe collecties te presenteren.
- Zorgen voor een nauwgezette opvolging van aanvragen, bestellingen en service.
PROFIEL
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans, en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Je hebt een passie voor design, decoratie en lifestyletrends.
- Je houdt van verkopen en blinkt uit in het opbouwen van langdurige klantrelaties.
- Je werkt zelfstandig, bent proactief en oplossingsgericht.
- Je voelt je zowel telefonisch als op het terrein op je gemak.
- Je hebt ongeveer 2 jaar relevante werkervaring.

Account Manager Belgique - Cadeaux & Design
Notre client est une entreprise de distribution spécialisée dans les produits cadeaux et design. Active au Benelux, en France et en Allemagne, elle représente un portefeuille de marques européennes et américaines alliant créativité et lifestyle. Son catalogue va des objets de décoration (vases, bougies, lampes) aux soins du corps, en passant par les jeux et accessoires. L'équipe dynamique, est entièrement autonome, sur le terrain ou en télétravail, répartie entre les différents pays.
MISSION
En tant qu'Account Manager Belgique, vous serez le lien entre les marques partenaires et les clients professionnels (concept stores, musées, grands magasins, e-shops…). Vous aurez pour mission de :
- Gérer et développer un portefeuille clients existants en Belgique.
- Prospecter de nouveaux comptes dans le secteur du retail design/cadeaux.
- Construire des relations solides et durables avec les détaillants.
- Conseiller vos clients sur la sélection des collections en fonction de leur cible et positionnement.
- Participer à des salons professionnels pour présenter les nouveautés.
- Assurer un suivi rigoureux des demandes, commandes et SAV.
PROFIL
- Vous êtes bon bilingue néerlandais / français, avec un bon niveau d'anglais.
- Vous avez un fort attrait pour le design, la décoration et les tendances lifestyle.
- Vous aimez la vente et avez un vrai talent pour nouer des relations commerciales durables.
- Vous êtes autonome, proactif(ve) et orienté(e) solution.
- Vous êtes à l'aise aussi bien au téléphone qu'en déplacement physique.
- Vous avez une expérience professionnelle de +/- 2 ans.
