- Je bent een vertrouwde adviseur voor klanten:
je stelt slimme plannen op, leidt brainstorms en inspireert het team met heldere richting. - Je spot nieuwe opportuniteiten in diensten, producten of proposities op basis van marktonderzoek en brengt deze visie tot leven.
- Je begeleidt strategische workshops rond persona's, customer journeys, system mapping, assumption mapping en meer.
- Je leidt (kwalitatief en kwantitatief) onderzoek naar doelgroepen, trends en concurrenten, zowel met AI persona's als echte respondenten, en vertaalt dat naar concrete output.
- Je bouwt en begeleidt go-to-market strategieën:
van validatie tot messaging, kanalen en marketing assets. - Je vertaalt complexe ideeën naar heldere concepten en visualisaties (Figma is your friend).
- Je werkt mee aan de identiteit en positionering van merken, diensten en producten.
- Je hebt een kritisch oog voor zowel strategie als design.
Wat goed moet zijn, moet er ook goed uitzien. - Je experimenteert met de nieuwste AI-tools, maar gebruikt ze vooral slim en doelgericht.
Hiervoor krijg je uiteraard tijd en ruimte. - Je gebruikt gezond verstand:
je denkt logisch, maakt originele connecties en bent niet bang om knopen door te hakken. - Je hebt ervaring met strategisch gebruik van AI-agents, of je wil het snel leren.
- Tools zoals Notion, Figma, Clay, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude en Webflow zijn je speelterrein of je maakt er snel werk van.
- Jij bent een enthousiaste spring-in-'t-veld die klanten kan enthousiasmeren én challengen.
- Je hebt een BBQ-mentaliteit:
onmisbaar op teambuildings, want zonder jou is het niet hetzelfde. - Je werkt gestructureerd, stelt duidelijke deadlines voor jezelf en het team, en behoudt overzicht.
