Your Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and audit suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Oversee design changes and ensure product safety
- Negotiate and manage quality agreements with suppliers and manufacturers
- Collaborate with R&D to maintain quality standards during manufacturing
- Prepare for and actively participate in both internal and external quality audits
Requirements
- Master's in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or equivalent
- 5+ years in Quality or Supplier Quality roles in the medical device industry (pharma a plus)
- Solid knowledge of ISO 13485, MDR, ISO 14971; GMP and other regulations are a bonus
- Experienced in supplier audits and qualification
- Skilled in interpreting technical/regulatory documents and quality standards
- Strong communicator and negotiator, effective with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive problem-solver focused on continuous quality improvement
- Fluent in English required, Dutch/French is a plus
