In deze rol neem jij het financiële roer in handen en zorg je mee voor een sterke koers doorheen uitdagende projecten.
Jouw takenpakket
- Je bewaakt het budget en zorgt voor een vlotte voortgang van kosten en werkzaamheden in diverse deelprojecten.
- Je hebt altijd inzicht in de kosten versus het budget en levert de projectleiding de juiste informatie om het project succesvol te sturen.
- Je staat in voor de analytische doorrekeningen, zodat de overkoepelende diensten hun projecten efficiënt kunnen uitvoeren.
- Je bereidt de maandelijkse facturatievoorstellen voor, zodat de partners vlot kunnen factureren.
- Je denkt actief mee bij het opzetten en optimaliseren van nieuwe processen en de financiële flows die hierbij horen.
- Je doet proactieve voorstellen om processen te verbeteren, gebaseerd op je financiële analyses en opvolging.
Must Have:
- Je hebt een Bachelor of Master in Accountancy, Handelsingenieur of TEW.
- Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen controlling/accountancy.
- Excel kent voor jou geen geheimen.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands.
- Je beschikt over de kwaliteit van een teamplayer en weet collega's te motiveren en samen te werken.
- Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt je ideeën helder, overtuigend en gestructureerd overbrengen naar verschillende stakeholders.
- Je hebt een proactieve, 'make it happen'-mentaliteit en blijft kalm in stressvolle situaties.
Nice to Have:
- Ervaring met KPD-WIC en/of andere financiële BI-tools.
- Ervaring met een ERP-pakket.
- Je hebt een sterk aanpassingsvermogen en kunt snel reageren op nieuwe omstandigheden.
- Je hebt plezier in je werk en straalt dat uit naar je team en collega's, met een optimistische instelling.
- Kennis van het Frans en/of Engels
