Als transportplanner - dispatcher ben je verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënte en vlotte transportplanning.
Met jouw analytisch inzicht en oplossingsgericht denken zorg je ervoor dat de juiste vrachtwagens op het juiste moment op de juiste plaats zijn.
Je houdt rekening met klantverwachtingen, rij- en rusttijden, beladingsgraden en transportdocumenten.
Takenpakket:
- Plannen en dispatchen van transportopdrachten via het TMS-systeem E-trans
- Opstellen en opvolgen van werkopdrachten voor chauffeurs
- Onderhouden van contacten met chauffeurs, klanten en leveranciers (bv.
ferrymaatschappijen) - Opvragen van prijzen en opmaken van prijsoffertes
- Controleren van inkomende en uitgaande facturen
- Verwerken van CMR-documenten en opstellen van rapportages
- Analyseren en optimaliseren van transportprocessen
Binnen deze functie komen verschillende transporttypes aan bod (silo's, kippers, flattrailers, …), zowel nationaal als internationaal (UK, Nederland, Duitsland, Frankrijk), wat zorgt voor afwisseling en doorgroeimogelijkheden.
Profiel:
- A2- of bacheloropleiding met een sterke interesse in transport
- Ervaring als dispatcher is een plus, maar geen must - interne opleiding mogelijk
- Oplossingsgericht en analytisch - je denkt altijd enkele stappen vooruit
- Commercieel en klantgericht - onderhandelen en communiceren gaan je goed af
- Administratief sterk en nauwkeurig - transportformaliteiten en wetgeving zijn geen struikelblok
- Digitale skills - snel weg met TMS-systemen
- Vloeiend Nederlands en professioneel Engels (regelmatige communicatie met UK-klanten)
- Stressbestendig en assertief - je behoudt het overzicht en communiceert helder
