In your role as Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for activities related to the application processing of equipment finance applications for Kubota Australia and Kubota New Zealand. This position is offered on a 12-month full-time contract.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily operations proactively and ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Overseeing the Kubota Finance Customer Service email inbox, ensuring prompt triage, management, and resolution of inquiries.
- Reviewing and processing loan applications, verifying accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Preparing finance quotations in line with defined program parameters.
- Meeting service level targets and performance objectives related to work output.
- Following up on deals and maintaining accurate records in relevant systems.
- Maintaining high accuracy in application processing, ensuring error rates remain within acceptable standards.
- Serving as the primary contact for customers and dealers regarding application and quotation inquiries.
- Identifying and managing risks and issues, including handling, escalating, and resolving customer queries, concerns, and complaints.
- Ensuring all actions comply with Kubota's behavioral, ethical, and procedural standards.
- Reporting compliance-related activities as required.
- Performing administrative support tasks as needed.
- Carrying out additional duties within your skills, knowledge, and experience.
- Promoting workplace health and safety by following all OHS policies and procedures and ensuring safety for yourself and others.
To succeed in this role, your resume should include:
- Secondary education.
- Experience in a similar customer service role within consumer or commercial financing operations.
- Strong understanding of lending processes.
- Knowledge of Australian and New Zealand legislative and regulatory requirements, including AML/CTF Act, Privacy Act, and the National Credit Code.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive professional relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- High attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving and conceptual skills.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Proven compliance monitoring abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
