We're looking for a Videographer & Copywriting Content Creator to lead our video strategy across YouTube, podcasts, and social media. You'll bring our expertise to life through high-quality, engaging content-and you won't be doing it alone. You'll manage our editing team to support your vision.
What You'll Be Doing
- Shooting & producing high-quality video content for YouTube, LinkedIn, and podcasts.
- Helping communicate our video stories onto other platforms like LinkedIn through strong writing skills.
- Developing a content strategy to grow our audience and establish Flint as a thought leader.
- Capturing expert interviews, market insights, and behind-the-scenes moments to showcase what makes Flint different.
- Managing the editing team to ensure high-quality, fast-turnaround content.
- Optimising content for performance, engagement, and reach across multiple platforms.
- Owning the brand's visual storytelling and elevating our media presence.
Who You Are
- ️ A videographer & content creator with a strong portfolio (we want to see your best work!).
- ️ Somebody who enjoys property, money & finance? Bonus points if you know about the property industry and have a flair for talking about housing.
- ️ Proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software .
- ️ A storyteller who knows how to turn finance and investing into engaging, shareable content.
- ️ Highly proactive, organised, and full of ideas -you thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance team.
- ️ A social media & YouTube enthusiast who understands video trends and what drives engagement .
- ️ Experienced in managing a team and delivering high-quality content at speed.
