Recruiting Commercial Professionals for Medical Device companies in ANZNational Sales Manager - Sydney - Interventional Systems
Our client is a global medical device company with a strong presence in Australia.
Due to continuous growth, we require a National Sales Manager leading the Interventional Business with approximately 20 reports.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.
Role / Description
Exceptional opportunity for an experienced Interventional professional to join an innovative medical device company.
The successful National Sales Manager will join a high performing team with reports including three experienced Field Sales Managers and approximately 18 territory managers working in the peripheral vascular, interventional cardiology and interventional radiology space.
You will be required to become a leader in the business, coaching both state sales managers and territory managers providing in field commercial and clinical training as required.
We are seeking for professionals with demonstrable and in-depth expertise in the Interventional world, with strong relationships with KOLs throughout NSW and ANZ.
While my client is running a highly successful business in Australia, we are keen to push business to the next level through maximising opportunities through salesforce and streamlining sales processes.
Suitable candidates must be data driven with proven examples of elevating business through a data focused approach.
The successful National Sales Manager will work closely with our Corporate Accounts leaders devising plans on how to maximise business from our key customers.
With many of the products already on contract we expect innovative approaches on how to generate further revenue.
Significant time will be spent in field both with the sales team, existing clients and developing new relationships with senior customers.
Therefore, we require applicants who are willing and able to travel extensively throughout ANZ.
It is essential you have demonstrable experience working in a surgical or Cath lab setting with strong peripheral vascular, interventional cardiology and interventional radiology expertise with ability to impart this knowledge to our team but also interact with senior leaders in this space.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.
REQUIREMENTS
• Previous and demonstrable experience in interventional sales leadership
• Strong understanding of anatomy with a focus on peripheral vascular procedures
• Clear network of vascular KOLs in NSW and ANZ
• Experience managing high performing sales teams in the Interventional space
• A proven industry professional with high levels of integrity is necessary
• Bachelors or master's degree in Life Sciences or similar
