Our client is a Tier 1 main building contractor that deliver Melbourne's most complex and iconic construction projects. They have recently won a $250 mil commercial mixed use project and are looking for a Senior Contract Administrator to join the company. This project will go for around 2 years and is with a large scale listed property group.
About The Role
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for
- Preparing scopes of work for all sub-contracts
- Selection of all sub-contractors and procurement
- Administration of the sub and head contracts
- Preparing monthly cost reports for the directors of the company
- Manage and prepare all variations
- Management of progress claims on the project
You will ideally have worked for a Tier 1 or 2 builder as a Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator. You will have experience working on complex commercial/mixed use projects and possess strong written and communication skills.
