About the opportunity…
Are you passionate about HR operations and recruitment? ELMO is looking for a detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to support our dynamic People & Culture team. Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Manager, this dual-reporting role also works closely with the Senior Careers & Culture Manager.
In this role, you'll manage HR administration, people data reporting, and support recruitment processes, playing a key part in maintaining a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate, centralised employee data and reporting.
- Develop live HR dashboards and present analytics.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring top-quality hires.
- Craft job descriptions and interview questions aligned with our values.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal policies.
- Drive improvements in HR and recruitment processes.
Key Performance Indicators
- Timely and accurate HR reporting and data management.
- Successful recruitment outcomes with high-quality shortlists.
- Effective implementation of process improvements and SOPs.
What we would like you to bring to the team:
- 1-2 years' experience in HR, People Operations, or administration.
- Advanced Excel and proficient PowerPoint skills.
- Recruitment experience is highly regarded.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficient in HRIS and office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
